Key Skills & Requirements
* Manage and monitor day-to-day activities at solar project sites.
* Perform basic electrical work related to Solar PV Panels/Modules, including wiring and electrical connections.
* Check solar panels, cables, wiring, electrical connections, and other site equipment.
* Monitor daily project progress and report site issues, material requirements, and work updates to the project team.
* Support site liaisoning activities with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure proper site cleanliness, housekeeping, safety, and material management.
* Should have basic knowledge of Solar PV Panels, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
* ITI in Electrical is mandatory, with 1–3 years of experience in electrical, solar, or site-related work.
* Must be willing to travel and work at project sites within a 200–300 km radius of Rajkot as required.
