Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Centre Manager to manage our IT training centre and drive admissions, sales, team performance, and daily operations.

- ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day centre operations.
- Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate counsellors and centre staff.
- Handle student counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Coordinate trainers, students, HR & placement teams.
- Conduct seminars, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
- Track leads, conversions, collections, and centre performance.
- Ensure excellent student experience and resolve concerns.
- Requirements2–5 years experience in EdTech / Training Institute / Education Sales / Centre Management.
- Strong communication, sales, leadership & team-management skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable negotiation and counselling skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
