Position: Relationship Manager – CASA

Location: Punjab,Jalandhar,Chandigarh,Jalandhar,Panchkula,Ludhiana,Amritsar

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA (Based on interview performance and relevant experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Managers to drive CASA acquisition and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking sales with strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills

.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers.

Generate business through Personal Loans and Business Loans.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Cross-sell banking products based on customer needs.

Conduct field visits and generate leads through referrals and market activities.





Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

1–2 years of experience in CASA

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and target achievement.

Banking experience will be preferred.
