Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Accountant / Audit Assistant to join our growing tax and audit practice, SAKTHI SRI ASSOCAITES, located in Sivadapuram, Salem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliance and return filings
- Support audit engagements — statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Prepare and maintain client books of accounts, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and follow-ups
- Work with the team on assessments and departmental submissions
Who Can Apply:
- B.Com / M.Com
- Working knowledge of Tally, GST portal, and MS Excel
- 0–3 years of experience in a accountant; freshers with robust fundamentals are also welcome
- Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership
- Must be based in Salem
