Position: Direct Marketing / Direct Sales

Location: Delhi

Age: Below 25 Years

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities

* Generate new business through open market/direct sales.

* Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources.

* Meet customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable insurance/investment products.

* Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

* Maintain robust customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Candidates with Bancassurance (Life Insurance) Sales experience are preferred.

* Regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers to maximize business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate preferred.





2–5 years of experience in:

* Bancassurance Sales – Life Insurance

* Open Market / Direct Sales

* Insurance Sales

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

* Should be willing to work in the Delhi market.

Age below 25 years.
