Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer (Civil) to handle project billing, quantity estimation, measurements, BOQ and client/subcontractor billing activities at the project site.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit RA Bills and Final Bills as per project requirements.
- Take and verify site measurements as per drawings and BOQ.
- Prepare quantity take-off, quantity sheets and measurement sheets.
- Check and verify BOQ quantities against actual site execution.
- Prepare client bills and subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Perform rate analysis and prepare extra-item/deviation statements.
- Verify work quantities executed at site before billing.
- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, Client and Consultants for measurements and bill certification.
- Prepare material reconciliation for cement, steel and other construction materials.




- Monitor project quantities and costs against approved BOQ.
- Maintain DPR/WPR and other project-related billing documentation.
- Follow up for bill certification and payment-related issues.
- Assist in final billing, reconciliation and project closing documentation.
- Required QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in construction/real estate/infrastructure projects.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Surveying, Measurement and Rate Analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of civil drawings and construction processes.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience3–7 years of relevant experience in Billing/Quantity Surveying in construction projects.

- Candidate ProfileStrong knowledge of civil construction billing.
- Good analytical and calculation skills.
- Able to independently handle site billing activities.
- Should be comfortable working at a project site in Kota.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
