We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and qualified manner, maintaining communication, and representing the company with honesty and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick up and deliver packages to customers accurately and on time
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Communicate effectively with customers and the team
- Handle products with care and maintain delivery records
- Ensure vehicle (if provided) and delivery equipment are kept in good condition
- Follow safety and traffic rules at all times

Requirements:

- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Punctual and time-conscious
- Loyal and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic understanding of delivery routes and local areas
- Physically fit and able to handle goods
- Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
