We’re Hiring | Nursery Sales & Operations Executive

We’re building a conscious, sustainable greenhouse nursery in Faridabad, and we’re looking for an energetic, responsible person to grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys plants, people, and purposeful work and wants to be part of a business focused on creating a greener, more sustainable environment.

What you’ll do:

Handle daily nursery sales & walk-in customers

Manage orders, billing and customer communication

Maintain plant & product inventory

Handle WhatsApp and customer enquiries

Support thoughtful, ethical marketing initiatives

Manage Instagram/social media content

Help communicate our plants, practices and sustainability story

Support smooth day-to-day nursery operations

We’re looking for someone who is:

Customer-friendly, organized and takes ownership

Comfortable communicating in Hindi & English

Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp & Instagram

Curious about plants, gardening and sustainable living ?

Creative, hands-on and willing to learn
