- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites.
- Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Monitor work activities such as:
- Work at height
- Excavation work
- Electrical safety
- Scaffolding activities
- Lifting operations
- Confined space work
- Conduct safety induction training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all employees and contractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and submit reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills,



and firefighting systems.
- Monitor housekeeping and ensure protected working conditions across the site.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors regarding safety compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for management review.

Ensure zero-accident culture and continuous safety improvement at site

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong experience in handling construction projects and site operations.
