Job Description - Senior Executive - Warehouse

Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: As per business requirement

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper storage, hygiene and safety standards.
- Verify received and dispatched materials with proper documentation.
- Monitor stock shortages, excess, damages and expiry.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and warehouse reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Production and Finance teams.
- Ensure timely system/ERP updates and compliance with SOPs.





Requirements
- Graduate preferred; logistics/supply chain qualification is an advantage.
- 3-6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FB/FMCG.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
- Strong team handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
