Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across both backend and frontend development, along with experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop robust backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST APIs.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed application architectures.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications and enterprise systems.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, queries, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
- Lead development activities, conduct code reviews,



and establish coding and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation, cloud deployments, monitoring, and application performance optimization.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support estimation, planning, and delivery activities.

Required Technical Skills

- 10+ years of experience in software/application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+ and object-oriented programming.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Framework.
- Robust experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar is a plus.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, design patterns, and application architecture.




- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or OCI.
- Experience with messaging/event-driven technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent is preferred.

Senior/Lead-Level Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and guide the team in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Review architecture, code, and technical designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and provide development estimates.
- Identify technical risks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
- Work closely with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing cloud-native and enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with Spring Cloud, API Gateway, service discovery, and distributed tracing.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, and cloud automation.
- Experience with application performance monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
