Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Developer with strong experience in designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong UI/UX design principles with hands-on React Native development experience and be capable of translating design concepts into high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components using React.js and React Native.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
- Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, user flows, design systems, and UI specifications.
- Implement responsive designs across multiple screen sizes, devices, and platforms.
- Ensure consistency in UI/UX across web, iOS, and Android applications.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Conduct usability reviews and contribute to improving overall user experience based on feedback and analytics.
- Troubleshoot UI issues and work closely with development teams to resolve functional and visual defects.




- Establish and maintain reusable design patterns and frontend development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX development and frontend engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Solid proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing and deploying applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
- Experience with UI/UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience building reusable components and design systems.
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and third-party services.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Zust and, or equivalent.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, debugging, testing, and application performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and cross-platform development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with React Native CLI and/or Expo.
- Experience with native mobile technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java is a plus.
- Experience with React Navigation, native modules, push notifications, deep linking, and mobile analytics.
- Knowledge of Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or similar testing frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
