- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data from evaluation metrics such as surveys, focus groups, or quizzes.
