- Conduct field sales visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting client expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in field sales or related role (e.g., insurance industry).
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
