Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in tele sales or related field (customer service).
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Robust understanding of insurance industry trends and products/services.
