About the Brand: CAMVEDA is a brand of the Holostik Group which hosts several business verticals in India and Abroad primarily being the world leader in Holographic print and packaging solutions and anti-counterfeiting technologies. CAMVEDA is a manufacturer of camphor products along with which it harps on sales of most puja essentials (veneration products). It’s a 06 year old brand and has been claimed as to be epitome of quality in 05 states viz: Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, U.P. and Rajasthan backed by a solid and stable team of 17 dedicated sales staff. Now, we are aiming to cultivate Madhya Pradesh too as our home-ground and seeking expansion of the sales team into the state of Madhya Pradesh.
About the position:
Position of a sales officer is just the tip of the iceberg and we have unlimited growth potential for the deserving candidate as he goes on proving himself on company values. He shall be handling the best of distributors in his assigned territories and command their respect against his virtues. The pre-requisites of this position are as follows:
a. Graduate Preferred (However not a mandate for candidate with sound experience)
b. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on work-ex of FMCG industry.
c. Should be mobile to visit neighboring towns in proximity of 200-300kms for which he shall be handsomely compensated.
d. He should be capable of handling his set of distributors and targets and work within the ethical guidelines set by the organization.
e. Should have average skills of communication and capabilities to convince without being desperate.
f. Self-motivated, Sincere, Dedicated and objective oriented.
