EverEnviro is looking for Stores Manager for its Gurugram location. The job description is as follows:

Primary Responsibility

- To manage stock levels, oversee stock taking, develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
- To ensure that store is clean, well-organised. It includes managing display, oversee cleaning and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
- Timely creation of GRN/SRN and assist CFTs in resolving their query and issues with respect to stores, issue of materials and management of inventories.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate stocks, analysing demand patterns, and implementing effective stock replenishment strategies.
- Responsible for receiving scrap from user, declaring the same monthly and organising and conducting the complete scrap process.
- Timely replies to all the audit queries with respect to store and scrap disposal.
- Timely capturing of all related data and maintain updated records for decision making.
- Build and maintain valuable working relationship with all supervisors and co-workers.
- Highlight any issue with respect to store or scrap immediately to the senior management.
- Ensures all expired/damaged/returned product is logged and disposed of according to regulations

Responsibilities:

Business Orientation

- Responsible for managing Stores, Proper record keeping for incoming material.
- Material acceptance record along with End User.




- Timely completion of GRN & invoice submission to Finance (compliance with TAT)
- Responsible for Physical Stock check at fixed interval.
- Ensuring to maintain 5S in stores and Scrap Disposal
- Keeping an update on aging report for non-moving items
- Ensuring Team Building & Development.

Financial Orientation

- Keeping an update on Inventory carrying Cost

Quality Orientation

- To Maintain complete record for RGP & Non RGP
- Meeting Business goals within defined timelines and customer satisfaction

Specific Accountabilities

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate documentation and record maintenance.
- Assess and improve the efficiency of material management processes, identifying areas for optimization.
- Manage and train a team of storekeepers, providing guidance and support as needed

Internal Customers

- Operations Timely quality check & On time acceptance
- Project - Timely quality check & On time acceptance
- Procurement Providing timely information on inventory level

Internal Supplier

Procurement Material supply to stores as per projected requirements

External Customers (If applicable)

- Auditors
- Scrap Dealers

Qualification Required: Any Graduate and PG Diploma (Material Management), SAP (MM) certification preferred

Experience Required: 8-10 years
