Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and reports
- Assist in offer letter and onboarding process
- Support Pan India hiring
- Training of hired employees
- Complete onboarding process

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Valuable communication skills
- Familiar with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn
- Pan India hiring experience preferred
