Job Summary

Responsible for promoting and selling gold jewelry products, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting marketing activities to increase showroom or brand sales.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting gold jewelry products

Explain product features, purity, weight, pricing, and offers

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow-up service

Handle billing, stock display, and showroom presentation

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities

Identify customer preferences and market trends

Coordinate with management for new collections and promotional events

Maintain knowledge of gold rates and jewelry trends

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
