- Develop designs according to latest market & fashion trends
- Design for Boys & Girls Kids Wear
- Select suitable fabrics, colors, prints & patterns
- Create attractive color combinations
- Develop recent styles of T-Shirts, Tops, Shirts, Frocks, Lowers, Sets, Sweatshirts, Jackets etc.
- Work on prints, embroidery, patches, appliqué & other design details
- Prepare design sketches / design sheets
- Develop and modify designs according to market requirements
- Coordinate with Sampling & Production Teams
- Ensure designs are comfortable, practical and suitable for bulk production
- Develop season-wise and collection-wise designs
- Research competitors and current Kids Fashion trends
- ? Skills RequiredStrong creativity & fashion sense
- Good knowledge of Kids Garments
- Good understanding of fabrics, colors, prints & patterns
- Knowledge of garment construction & measurements
- Ability to create commercially saleable designs
