SALES EXECUTIVE – MODULAR KITCHENS & WARDROBESJob Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our modular kitchen and wardrobe showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable designs and products, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in customers, leads, and enquiries for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related products.
- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, budget, and space specifications.
- Explain product features, materials, finishes, hardware, accessories, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop designs as per client requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and pending enquiries.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups,



quotations, and sales.
- Generate new business through references, architects, builders, contractors, and other market contacts.
- Keep updated with current kitchen, wardrobe, hardware, and interior design trends.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, or furniture will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand drawings, layouts, measurements, and basic design concepts.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Positive follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM/software will be an advantage.

Experience1–5 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, furniture, home improvement, or related sales is preferred.
