- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up customer orders from restaurants, shops, and partner businesses.
- Deliver food, groceries, medicines, bakery items, and other products safely and promptly.
- Follow GPS navigation and optimized delivery routes.
- Verify orders before pickup and delivery.
- Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers and merchants.
- Handle cash or digital payment collections when required.
- Update order status accurately through the Famto Delivery Partner App.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety procedures.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the support team.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.




- RequirementsValid two-wheeler and driving licence.
- Smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
- Knowledge of local roads and locations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
