Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team in Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar). The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, lead generation, product/service promotion, and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers and clients in the assigned area.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Promote company products and services to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth sales operations.
- RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Candidates with prior field sales experience will have an added advantage.
- Salary & Benefits₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
