- Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Post job vacancies and regularly refresh listings.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records.
- Assist management with day-to-day HR activities.
- Work towards closing vacancies within the required timelines.




- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada preferred.
- Experience using recruitment portals such as Apna, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Good candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Should be proactive, organized and comfortable handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate :Experience recruiting for manufacturing, factory, sales, operations and technical roles will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month, depending on experience.
