The Transport & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily transportation and logistics activities, ensuring timely movement of goods, proper documentation, vehicle coordination, and smooth communication with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal departments.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicles with drivers and transporters.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain transport, delivery, and logistics records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, and other departments.
- Verify transport documents, bills, and delivery challans.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and follow up with drivers/transporters.
- Prepare basic logistics reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
