About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Agency Manager Insurance Sales to drive business growth through the agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and developing POSP/Agency Associates while achieving sales and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage POSP/Agency Associates.
- Drive sales of Life, General, and Health Insurance products through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and POSP associates.
- Ensure regular partner activation, engagement, and productivity.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Conduct product and sales training to improve partner productivity.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and prepare reports.




- Ensure compliance with company processes and insurance regulations.
- Develop and maintain a strong agency network to support business growth.
