Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Fresher to join our Site Execution team. The candidate will work at client locations and assist in the installation and execution of STP, ETP and RCC Tank projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in STP, ETP and RCC Tank installation and execution.
- Supervise daily civil and site execution activities.
- Coordinate and manage site labourers and contractors.
- Check daily work progress and report updates to the senior engineer.
- Read and understand basic civil drawings and site instructions.
- Assist with site measurements and quantity calculations.
- Prepare material requirement lists for ongoing site work.
- Coordinate material procurement, dispatch and receiving at site.
- Maintain and handle site tools, equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and client representatives.
- Maintain basic site documentation and daily progress reports.
- Ensure proper quality and safety practices at the project site.
- Assist during testing,



commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
- Support the senior engineer in completing project activities within the planned schedule.
- Assist in final inspection and handover of the completed project to the customer.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Civil Engineering and construction.
- Basic knowledge of site execution and supervision.
- Ability to handle and coordinate labourers.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation.
- Basic drawing reading skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at client/project sites.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of STP / ETP / WTP projects.
- Knowledge of RCC tank construction.
- Knowledge of piping and equipment installation.
- Previous internship or site training will be an advantage.

Suitable CandidatesFreshers are welcome. Candidates with a Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering who are interested in site execution, water treatment projects and project management can apply.

Significant: This is a field-based position. The candidate must be comfortable working at client locations and travelling as required.
