Roles & Responsibilities :
·Open repair order, refer vehicle history and provide cost and time estimate.
·Keep customer informed about progress of work or change in schedule/cost if any
·Coordination with floor in charge
·Customer interaction, Invoice explanation, parts replaced explanation, help customer to make payments for services
·Liaison with customers about any additional work required
·Handling customer complaints, Queries & closure of customer complaints coming through all channels.
·Estimation Skill, Insurance Process and Billing Process
·Advising customers on vehicle maintenance, scheduling service appointments for helping customers to maintain trouble-free operation of the vehicle.
· Promoting value added services to the customers for profitability of the company.
·Ensure high service quality
·Responsible for customer satisfaction rate
