- Make outbound calls to customers regarding two wheeler and motors insurance.
- Generate business through current insurance leads and existing customer databases.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals, new policies and pending cases.
- Explain policy coverage, premium, add-ons and other relevant details to customers.
- Coordinate with customer for required documents and policy inssuance.
- Maintain regular follow up and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Update daily calling, follow up and sales data in the system/MIS.
- Provide basic customer support related to motor insurance policies.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, policy issuance and customer requirements.
