Digital Marketing Manager

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the internal team to develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Bidz365's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as responding to comments and messages.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging email content and managing subscriber lists.




- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep the brand's digital presence relevant and competitive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads and social media management platforms.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with design tools such as Canva.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing software, such as Mailchimp or Zoho.
