- Perform inspection of automotive components as per quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of parts.
- Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues during inspection.
- Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
- Maintain inspection records and quality-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and SOPs.
- Report quality issues to the Supervisor/Quality Engineer.
- Support rework, sorting, and rejection activities as required.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures at the workplace.
Requirements :
- ITI / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Manufacturing / Automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Valuable observation and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
