Position: HR Executive

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 in hand per month

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Experience Required:

✔️ 2–4 years in HR Recruitment & HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination & Onboarding)

✅ Payroll Coordination & HR Operations

✅ Employee Attendance & Leave Management

✅ HR Documentation & Compliance

✅ Employee Engagement & HR Administration

✅ Preparation of HR Reports & MIS

✅ Coordination with Hiring Managers for Manpower Planning

✅ Willing to travel across India for recruitment drives (Travel expenses will be provided by the company)
