About:

We are looking for a Stock Market Specialist – Inside Sales who has a good understanding of the stock market and strong communication and sales skills.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients, understanding their trading/investment requirements, explaining the Company's research/advisory services in a clear and compliant manner, and converting qualified prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients through assigned leads.
- Understand the client's trading experience, requirements, and investment objectives.
- Explain the Company's research/advisory services, plans, and service features accurately.
- Conduct product/service presentations over calls and other approved communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Handle client queries professionally and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions,



and sales in the Company's CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track individual performance metrics such as calls, follow-ups, conversions, and net sales.
- Build professional relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager/team leader regarding leads, payments, sales entries, and client requirements.
- Stay updated with basic market terminology, financial products, and Company services.
- Follow all Company policies, internal processes, compliance requirements, and applicable SEBI regulations/guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong inside-sales and telecalling skills.
- Basic understanding of the Indian stock market.
- Solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel and sales reporting.
