Job DescriptionVK Software & Solutions is looking for a Tally & BUSY Support Executive to provide software support and assistance to our customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support for TallyPrime & BUSY
- Handle customer queries through Phone, WhatsApp and Remote Support
- Tally/BUSY installation and configuration
- Assist customers with Accounting, GST, Inventory, Sales & Purchase
- Troubleshoot software-related issues
- Provide customer training and software demonstrations
- Assist with data backup and restoration
- Follow up on pending customer issues
- Coordinate with senior/technical team for complex issues
- Maintain customer support records
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of TallyPrime / BUSY
- Basic Accounting & GST knowledge




- Valuable Hindi & English communication skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop software-support skills

QualificationGraduate / B.Com preferred

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with Tally/BUSY support experience will be preferred.
