? Position: Customer Service & Sales Executive

? Shift: Day / Rotational Shift

? Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Off

- Job Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls and provide appropriate solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate sales through inbound/outbound calls.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Eligibility:Minimum HSC / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Candidates with customer service, telesales or BPO experience will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable working with targets.

What We Offer:? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand
