• Handle customer enquiries via Calls, WhatsApp & Social Media

• Understand client travel requirements and preferences

• Present and explain travel packages professionally

• Follow up with potential customers

• Build strong client relationships

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Coordinate with the team for a smooth customer experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✓ Excellent communication skills

✓ Fluent in Malayalam, English & Hindi

✓ Strong convincing and sales skills

✓ Confident telephone communication

✓ Professional and customer-friendly personality

✓ Good follow-up and relationship-building ability

✓ Basic computer & WhatsApp Business knowledge

✓ Experience in Travel / Tourism / Sales / Customer Relations is preferred
