Handle accounts and finance activities using Tally Prime.

Prepare various MIS reports related to accounts and finance.

Follow up and maintain records of Bank Guarantees (BG) & Earnest Money Deposits

(EMD).

Manage BG documentation, records, and related sheets.

Support customer payment follow-ups and coordination.

Resolve customer queries related to payments and account matters.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth workflow.

Responsibilities and Duties: -

Handling accounts and finance Activities on TALLY ERP System

Preparing all the accounts related MIS Report

Final Payroll and other allowance preparation

Managing fund flow

Frequent follow up for GST Certificate &Interacting; with bank authorities.

Preparing Invoice, E way bills, etc.

Calculating monthly TDS and GST data and return filling

Preparing Financial and Profitability statements and Assisting CA in TAX AUDIT, TAX returns, GST

Returns & Balance sheet Finalization

Keeping Inventory Records

Follow up for Collection or release of Emd and Security Deposit after the Validity.
