- ? EligibilityDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an Optometrist in an eye-care/optical environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical optometry and eye-care procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation with a service-focused approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate optical/eye-care solutions.
- Should be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
- Candidates with experience in optical retail, eye-care clinics, or similar environments will be preferred.
- ? Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Perform refraction and accurately identify customers’ vision requirements.
- Provide appropriate recommendations based on clinical findings and customer needs.




- Explain eye-care and vision-related information clearly to customers.
- Ensure high standards of clinical accuracy and customer service.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional guidance on eye-care solutions.
- Maintain proper clinical records and follow established procedures.
- Work closely with the store/team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support overall store operations while maintaining strong clinical standards.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, clinical protocols, and professional standards.
