About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and passionate MSW graduates who are deeply committed to driving social change through corporate initiatives. This program starts with a 6-month intensive traineeship/internship, post which successful candidates will be promoted to the role of CSR Executive.

Our CSR initiatives primarily focus on three core pillars:

- Health: Medical camps, healthcare accessibility, health awareness programs.
- Education: School support programs, student scholarships, skill development.
- Environment: Tree plantation drives, sustainability awareness, community clean-ups.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects in Education, Healthcare, and Environmental Sustainability.
- Coordinate with NGOs, local community leaders, vendors, and internal teams to organize field activities and events.
- Assist in conducting baseline surveys and impact assessment studies in target communities.
- Prepare field reports, event summaries,



and documentation for ongoing CSR projects.

- Eligibility & Skill RequirementsEducational Qualification: Completed MSW (Master of Social Work) degree.
