- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries through phone calls and emails
- Follow up with prospective clients and leads
- Maintain lead and customer details in internal systems
- Support the client onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
- Maintain follow-up records and basic reports
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support
- Fresh graduates can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work from the Koramangala office
- Salary & Advantages₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
