? JOB SUMMARY

N.K.P. Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator with strong knowledge of CNC Turning Operations. The candidate should be able to operate CNC machines, read engineering drawings, understand tolerances, handle cutting tools and tool offsets, and perform basic CNC programming and machine configuration.

- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate CNC machines with a focus on Turning Operations.
- Set up and configure CNC machines as per job requirements.
- Read and understand engineering and technical drawings.




- Perform machining operations while maintaining required dimensions and tolerances.
- Handle cutting tools and tool offsets effectively.
- Perform offset setting and necessary machine adjustments.
- Carry out taper turning and other basic machining operations.
- Follow CNC programs and perform basic CNC programming when required.
- Monitor machining quality and ensure accurate output.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong practical experience in CNC Lathe / CNC Turning Operations.
- Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Familiarity with cutting tools, tool offsets and CNC machine configuration.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Candidates with hands-on CNC Turning experience will be preferred.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month
- Salary as per skill and experience
