Job DescriptionAs a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing customer data ecosystems that power personalization, analytics, and marketing initiatives.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/data pipelines for customer data ingestion, transformation, and processing.n
- Drive customer data unification and identity resolution to create accurate 360° customer profiles.n
- Develop and enhance customer segmentation models to enable targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences.n
- Architect and optimize real-time and batch data processing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.n
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to deliver data-driven solutions.n
- Manage and optimize data platforms using technologies such as Presto, Hive, Digdag, Embulk, and SQL.n




- Continuously improve platform efficiency through automation, performance tuning, and adoption of modern data engineering practices.n

nWhat You Bring

- n
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or (master's degree ).n
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on customer data platforms (CDP Treasure Data), data integration, and ELT/ETL processes.n
- Expertise in data unification, identity resolution, and customer profile management.n
- Treasure Data CDP certification preferredn
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack & Experience with Treasure Data or similar CDP platforms good to haven
- Proficiency in tools and technologies like Python, Presto, Hive, SQL, Digdag, Embulk, and Data Warehousing (DW).n
- Robust understanding of data flow management, data pipelines, and data storage systems, with experience in both real-time and batch processing.n
