Role & responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing RMC customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints.
- Coordinate with Plant, Dispatch, Quality, and Technical teams for timely service.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and regular follow-ups.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with positive commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of RMC/construction industry preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and achieve targets.
