- - We are looking for Biology professionals with strong Python & scientific computing skills to contribute to the development and evaluation of advanced AI models.
- - Role: Scientific Coding Expert – Biology
- Engagement: Short-Term Contract / Freelancer
- Duration: 8 Weeks
- Positions: 75
- Start Date: Immediate
- Work Mode: Fully Remote
- Talent Rate: $180 per approved task
- Expected Task Duration: ~6 hours per complex task
- Commitment: 40 hours/week
- PST Overlap: 4 hours/day
- - Required Qualifications
- - Master’s or PhD in Biology
- Solid Python programming and scientific computing experience
- Experience with NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, or domain-specific scientific tools
- Ability to create rigorous scientific problems with clear constraints and expected outputs
- Strong attention to scientific correctness, determinism, and test-case quality
- Research, scientific writing, or AI data annotation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks / coding benchmarks is preferred
- Published research or academic project experience in STEM
- - What You’ll Do




- - • Create complex scientific coding problems with multiple connected sub-problems
- • Implement verified Python golden solutions and unit tests
- • Design test cases that distinguish correct vs. incorrect AI outputs
- • Perform quality-control validation and improve tasks based on feedback
- • Contribute to training and evaluation datasets for frontier AI models
- • Participate in review calls and project syncs during PST overlap hours
