The company offers premium Korean shows dubbed in multiple Indian languages, kids animation, and Hollywood movies dubbed in nine Indian languages. As a growing player in the media space, One Take Media Co collaborates with various partners and platforms to deliver engaging content to viewers across India.

- Role Description

The role will be responsible for driving YouTube performance with a strong focus on views, watch time, subscriber growth, analytics and overall channel health .

Key Responsibilities

• T o lead the growth, audience development and operations.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase views, watch time, subscribers and engagement.

•Oversee YouTube CMS, Content ID, claims and channel-related operations.
- Analyse YouTube Analytics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Plan and execute YouTube advertising and promotional campaigns.




- Collaborate closely with Content, Content Acquisition, and Creative teams.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Ensure the overall health, compliance and performance of YouTube channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile

6+ years of relevant experience in YouTube Operations, Digital Media, Content Distribution or Entertainment .

Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels at scale.

Robust understanding of YouTube Analytics, CMS, Content ID, copyright and monetisation.

Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.

Experience in Media, Entertainment, OTT, Broadcasting or Digital Content will be preferred.
