Position: Senior Zoho ERP Manager / Zoho Solution Architect

We are hiring a senior Zoho qualified who can independently take complete ownership of our Zoho ERP ecosystem across all group companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Zoho Books, Inventory, Expense, Procurement, Creator, Analytics, Mail and other Zoho applications.
- Take complete ownership of ERP implementation, configuration, customization and daily operations.
- Understand departmental requirements and independently design the required modules, workflows and approval processes.
- Create custom applications, forms, reports, dashboards and automations using Zoho Creator and Deluge.
- Integrate Zoho with banks, APIs, CRM, HRMS and other third-party systems.
- Manage accounting, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, vendor management and approval workflows.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, HR, Sales, Service, Insurance and Used Car departments.
- Track implementation progress, pending requirements, dependencies and user adoption.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, data security and audit controls.
- Resolve technical and operational issues without depending entirely on external vendors.
- Provide training,



documentation and ongoing support to users.
- Ensure all locations and departments follow the approved ERP processes and SOPs.

Required Experience

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in Zoho Books, Inventory, Expense, Creator and Procurement workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, integrations and automation.
- Good understanding of accounting, GST, purchase, inventory and approval processes.
- Experience managing a complete, multi-company or multi-location ERP implementation.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and build customized solutions.
- Strong project ownership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Role Level: Senior Manager / Zoho ERP Lead The selected person will be the single-point owner of the complete Zoho ERP environment and will be responsible for its implementation, customization, operation and continuous improvement across the Group.
