Below is the JD:-Responsibilities:-

Broad responsibilities will lie with operations excellence, effective team management, and Business P&L; Management.

- We are looking for a resource who should be able to understand the Bus industry as a whole (which includes Operator supply, Agent network, Local behaviors of bus ground transportation).
- He will work to establish our IntrCity – Smart bus brand in the territory / zone and build a network of bus operations, Agent’s network and work towards brand visibility for generating tickets for IntrCity buses.
- Candidates will take care of Boarding and Retail sales through the Travel agents and Touts / Walk-ins along with the managing boarding procedure.




- Should be up to date with the market knowledge of intercity bus travel and ensure that all opportunities to grow market share are tapped for buses running in assigned territory.Should be comfortable with field roles as local travel will be required along with occasional outstation travel.

Characteristic of the candidate:-

- Responsible for recruitment and training for Bus captains and other allied staff for bus operations.
- Build a team / workforce high on integrity and ethics as DNA
- Build systems and processes to take care of daily bus operations escalations with speed and accuracy.
- Data-based decision making.
