Alter Domus is one of the worlds leading users of real estate fund accounting software, servicing 26 of the 30 largest real estate firms globally from offices across over 20 countries. Due to continuing growth we are looking for an additional Implementation Support Officer for our Yardi real estate platform.

The Yardi Officer is responsible for delivering the migration of data for newly won business of existing real estate investment funds onto the Alter Domus platforms, under supervision of Senior officer or Manager. This includes co-ordinating with other internal and external stakeholders in the process such as the client, accounting teams, and third-party service providers.

The Implementation Support

Officer acts as a bridge between the operational/accounting teams and the system/technical team, able to understand the requirements of both sides and drive effective collaboration.

An ideal candidate has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and is comfortable with working on multiple tasks and projects concurrently. They will also be comfortable explaining technical concepts to stakeholders.



This role suits someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, capable of grasping current concepts quickly and consistently delivers results in a client-focused culture.

A good level of excel skills, accounting background (A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or 1-2 years of accounting experience) and attention to detail are key. Yardi software knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans, under the direction of a senior officer or manager;
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the tools and resources needed to meet deliverables;
- Have a delivery role in Yardi implementations, including the set-up of funds in the system, migration of data from external sources, and gathering of requirements for custom reporting;
- Coach and support operations team members in the best practice use of the system and adoption of new functionality.
