We are looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to provide end-to-end functional and technical leadership across Workday HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday architecture, cross-module solution design, integration, security, reporting, and architecture governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery and architecture workshops to understand business requirements, transformation goals, and operating models.
- Define end-to-end Workday solution architecture across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture principles, integration patterns, data flows, and design documents.
- Guide functional and technical teams, review solution designs, and manage cross-module dependencies.
- Evaluate solution options, identify risks, and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
- Govern business process, data, reporting, integration, security, and environment strategies.
- Lead impact assessments for Workday releases, acquisitions, global rollouts, current modules, and major enhancements.




- Support testing strategy, cutover planning, deployment readiness, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders and mentor consultants and workstream leads.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Workday or Enterprise HCM, with significant experience in end-to-end Workday solution design.
- Strong experience across multiple Workday functional and technical domains.
- Minimum 2 full Workday implementation lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture, business processes, security, reporting, integrations, data migration, and release management.
- Experience in solution architecture, design reviews, architecture governance, risk management, and non-functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, workshop facilitation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and provide hands-on architectural guidance.

Good to Have
- Active Workday certifications in one or more functional or technical domains.
- Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, People Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or Workday Financials.
- Experience in global Workday template design, multi-country rollouts, M&A;, or large-scale HR transformation.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and cross-system architecture.
