Role: Workday HCM Senior Consultant

- Lead full-lifecycle Workday HCM implementations including requirements gathering, design workshops, configuration, testing, and hypercare support.
- Serve as the senior functional point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and Workday capabilities.
- Design and configure Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Learning, and/or Time & Absence.
- Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
- Partner with integration and reporting teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end solution design.
- Maintain awareness of Workday product releases and new feature capabilities relevant to HCM.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of Workday HCM experience
- Deep configuration expertise in at least two of the following: Talent & Performance, Benefits and Time & Absence.
- Strong understanding of Core HCM foundations including org structures, job profiles, compensation, and security.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, facilitate design workshops, and drive decisions.

NICE TO HAVE Exposure to multi-country or global HCM deployments.

Background in HR operations or HR transformation consulting.

Workday Pro certification in HCM or a relevant functional area (current or in-progress).
